  • Why do organizations need Women’s Internal Networks (WINs)?
  • What benefits do WINs provide for businesses, women, customers & millennials?
  • How are WINs currently performing?
  • What is best practice for operating a WIN?
  • How can women and organizations WIN with WINs?

Women’s Internal Networks (WINs) seek to address a host of issues, from women in leadership and employee engagement to attrition rates and reputational concerns. With the vast increase in WINs in corporate America, the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) undertook research in partnership with Phaidon International to help understand how WINs can help accelerate the leadership and success of women in the financial community.

This webinar will discuss the results of this research highlighting:

  • What works?
  • What can be improved?
  • What should companies know for talent recruitment, engagement, retention, and advancement?
