We are partnering with a world-leading Manufacturing Company who following transformation and centralisation are seeking a Senior Category Manager - Logistics to lead, develop and implement strategy globally working closely with the Global Head of Indirect Procurement. This position will enable you to utilise project management, procurement, logistics and supply chain experience with the opportunity to progress in the mid-termterm if desired. They seek professionals with business aptitude who are able to communicate at all levels.
The competencies that my client desires are as follows:
8+ years’ Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement experience
Fluent in English (additional language a plus)
Good knowledge of operational workings in Logistics
Adept in change management advantageous
Adept in managing complex situations in fast-paced changing environments
The responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategy across Logistics Procurement
Leading a team
Liaising with Senior Management
