HR & Payroll Specialist in Zurich

A leading Swiss e-commerce provider of products from the areas of Fashion, Sports, Wine, Gourmet, Home and Living, Brands and Products is hiring an for an HR & Payroll Specialist position based in Zurich.

The company offers luxury local and worldwide travel deals, various services and lifestyle deals. This position offers an opportunityfor you to be a part of a successful e-commerce company. The role has exciting development potential for you where you.

Responsibilities:
  • Your responsibilities would include payroll and related work (sign-up/ logoff AHV, FAK, pension fund and withholding tax )
  • Your tasks would include supporting the HR team according to your skills ( issuing employment contracts, work certificates, UVG, KTG, EO messages)
  • You will also cooperate with insurance companies, social insurance companies and authorities
  • Your tasks will include preparing statistics and evaluations
  • You will also be responsible for time management and management of absence


Required Skills / Experience:
  • You need to have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in either HR, Payroll or administration
  • You need to have fluency the French language
  • You need to be experienced in MS-Office
  • You need to be comfortable with the fast changing environment and you also need to be performance and team oriented
  • You also need to have knowledge in contracting process
