My client, a Global Food & Beverage Company is looking to fill a Continuous Improvement Manager position within their expanding Rapid Continuous Improvement division! This company has received recognition from their overall global success and is looking to increase headcount by 35% by the end of 2017.
The Continuous Improvement Manager role will assist in leading high impact product and process improvement teams through the use of Lean, Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen events. The Continuous Improvement Manager candidate will have extensive experience working with transactional teams including HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
As this is a newly created Continuous Improvement Manager role, there is a lot of scope to put your own stamp on this position, as well as opportunities to grow internally within the Rapid Continuous Improvement division.
Leading projects focused on cash flow improvement
Develop and collaborate with a number of transactional departments
Ability to work with employees at all levels – shop floor to executive level
Create a LEAN culture
Provide savings though process improvements, leadership, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
