Our client, a rapidly growing food & beverage company are currently looking to fill a newly created Quality & Process Manager. In this newly created position, the Quality & Process Manager a will work across 3 major food preparation and packingfacilities based across the US. The successful candidate will be responsible implementing procedures and processes that increase efficiency, lower costs, and reduce waste, whilst maintaining a high quality standard.
Due to the client being in a growth phase currently, there is a lot of upward mobility potential within this lean group for candidates with a strong entrepreneurialflair.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set: · 7+ years of experience in Quality and Process Improvement · 3+ years of working within a food production or food environment · Strong communication skills · Be able to travel up to 60% across the US · Experience in working within a lean group where parameters and processes must be established · Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
