About:
A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for leading one of the plant's largest manufacturing units and ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficiently.
The Manufacturing Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead plant manufacturing operations
- Lead continuous improvement projects on manufacturing floor
- Monitor equipment status and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary to ensure optimal functioning
- Monitor product quality
- Enforce EHS standards and practices
- Build and maintain customer relationships
The Manufacturing Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in plastic injection molding
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing a plus
- Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
