The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries, with over 10 years of experience and at least 5 years in a management role. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
