Requirements:
- 10+ years of consulting and industry experience in South East Asia, South Asia, or Greater China.
- Expertise in supply chain strategy, S&OP, network optimization, distribution, logistics, risk management, resilience planning, and digital enablement.
- Proven success in cost reduction across multiple client contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align teams towards exceptional outcomes.
- Experience in building and elevating client relationships.
- Ability to lead engagement planning and delivery, manage scope and timelines, and coach teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building the sourcing and supply chain practice in the region.
