Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
