Senior Associate Customer Quality Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate Customer Quality Engineer with experience in high purity chemical manufacturing to serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal quality teams. This role will support customer quality assurance activities, manage product quality issues, and ensure compliance with rigorous purity and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Prepare and maintain customer-facing quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), product specifications, and quality agreements.

  • Support audits, quality reviews, and change notifications related to customer requirements.

  • Monitor and analyze customer complaint trends and provide recommendations for quality improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and external standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, ICH guidelines where applicable).

  • Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to align quality expectations with production capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in quality or technical roles within high purity or electronic-grade chemical manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of quality systems, customer quality requirements, and chemical production environments.

  • Experience with analytical techniques and documentation in support of high purity standards.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
