Chief Engineer
Your Role
As the Main Engineer Manager, you will guide a team of three engineers, ensuring that all technical projects are well-planned and successfully executed. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve production lines, integrate new equipment, and enhance overall efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and implementing process improvements for new product formulations
Planning and overseeing the installation of new packaging machines and equipment
Developing training materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new machinery into production
Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
Who You Are
A degree in Engineering (HBO/Bachelor's level)
A minimum of five years of technical experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach
Experience managing a small technical team and driving projects to completion
