Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the manufacturing sector and a proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead branding efforts to enhance market presence and brand recognition.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition strategies through targeted campaigns and partnerships.

  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and product positioning materials.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
