E&I Electrician Role in Natchez, MS
Exciting opportunity for an experienced E&I Electrician to join a leading company within the Pulp and Paper sector based in Natchez, Mississippi. This permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in managing both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) power distribution systems as well as motors & drives maintenance with a focus on ensuring operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain transformers, switchgear, Motor Control Centers (MCCs).
- Troubleshoot issues related to circuit breakers relays and protection devices.
- Careful handling of AC/DC motor maintenance tasks including necessary repairs or replacements needed during operations.
Skills Required:
- Power Distribution: Proficiency with HV/LV systems essential;
- Experience working with electrical components such as Transformers SwitchGear MCC's
- Motors Drives : The role demands solid knowledge around maintaining troubleshooting various types Motors specifically geared towards use pulp paper industries
- Understanding of Process Controls Systems
- Expertise in DCS, PLC: Familiarity programming logic controllers
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects related to managing complex automated processes effectively
