Their headquarters, based in Osnabrück, is home to around 880 employees and needs an electrical engineer for their flagship manufacturing facility and operational technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead projects as a Project Engineer, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Plan and execute new installations and upgrades for production facilities, including paper production, paper finishing (extrusion), and energy generation at our in-house power plant.
- Design and build a modular, scalable OT virtualization platform with robust network infrastructure for all machine-related computer systems, prioritizing IT and OT security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OT security practices.
Your Profile:
- Degree in automation, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in automating production plants.
- Strong proficiency with Siemens PLC systems (S7).
- Solid knowledge of control and regulation technology.
