The Replenishment Analyst is a full-time position on a hybrid schedule for a retail/wholesale apparel company. The team is responsible for order allocation and maintaining in-stocks at the stores to maximize sales, including monitoring of inventory levels across all retail stores/warehouses as well as distribution centers and supply chain.

- Prepare & distribute replenishment reports and other business recaps to support replenishment team
- Analyze inventory flow to drive sales, improve in-stock and optimize turn
- Write and track orders based on store/warehouse demand and plan out ships/deliveries
- Develop business strategies using historical and current trend analysis
- Creatively problem solve issues related to purchase orders, shipments, and sales
The ideal replenishment analyst should have…
- 2-4 years' wholesale replenishment or merchandise planning experience involving sales/inventory analysis, and forecasting
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) and have strong retail math skills
- Ability to partner/communicate with cross-functional teams (design, product development, control, production)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft BI, Python, Tableau and Powerpoint a plus
- Retail Link, Simparel system knowledge also a plus
- 4-year college degree (required)
