Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts to achieve annual sales objectives. The territory covers the Guelph and London areas.
Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage select existing customer relationships.
- Partner with management for budget planning and work with operations teams to sell open machine capacity and value-added services.
- Drive commercial excellence to exceed volume and profit goals through new account development and growth in existing accounts.
- Collaborate with other facilities to create additional revenue streams.
- Utilize CRM system (Salesforce.com) to manage opportunities and pipeline.
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiate multi-year contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing/service industry preferred).
- Demonstrated sales competence.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Live within 60 miles from the plant (Ontario, Canada)
- Book of business to bring with them.
