As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimising all maintenance activities within their production facility. You will ensure the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production of our baby nutrition products, while upholding the highest hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical, electrical, and utilities technicians.
Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance strategy to ensure maximum equipment up time.
Ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations, particularly within the infant nutrition sector.
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support ongoing operations and projects.
Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, optimise costs, and control spare parts inventory.
Oversee external contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related services and projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audits of maintenance work in accordance with industry and company standards.
Ensure a safe working environment and promote a strong safety culture across all maintenance activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in a food, pharma, or baby nutrition production environment
- Strong Leadership skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
