We are a well-established, mid-sized international freight forwarder experiencing strong growth in the market. To further expand our presence in Belgium, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Air & Sea Freight to join our team in Antwerp or Brussels.
Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our air and sea freight services. You will play a key role in our expansion, leveraging your market expertise and network to secure new customers and develop tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow air & sea freight business in Belgium.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide customized freight forwarding solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
