Salary Range: $100,000-110,000

Job Summary:
The Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy for the Construction category. This includes building relationships with key customers, analyzing market trends, and implementing growth plans for product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry trends to create long-term strategies for product categories.
  • Develop pricing and promotional plans to boost sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Track and adjust strategies to meet category goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry (10 years preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Additional Information:

  • 50% travel required.
  • Preferably based in Lebanon, TN, with remote options available.
  • This role offers growth potential and is a key part of the Commercial team.
