Do you have experience in procurement operations and service centre support? A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Service Centre Lead - Procurement Transformation to support its procurement digitalization journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Procurement Service Centre, ensuring efficient ticket resolution.
- Support the SAP Ariba implementation and integration into procurement workflows.
- Act as the key point of contact for procurement inquiries, troubleshooting issues within the ticketing system.
- Work closely with procurement and IT teams to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in procurement service centre operations.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba implementation and ticketing system management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
