About the role
As branch manager, you'll oversee a team of 12 professionals and be responsible for driving growth, improving performance, and managing all aspects of freight forwarding operations. You’ll take the lead in strengthening our market position, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth logistics services across the UK.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team: Manage a team of 12, driving performance and career development.
- Expand market presence: Build strategies to grow our brand and client base in the UK.
- Oversee operations: Manage air, ocean, and road freight (FTL) operations to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
- Drive business development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow revenue.
- Maintain profitability and compliance: Manage financial performance, pricing, and regulatory standards.
