About Us: We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic private equity company seeking a talented Procurement Manager to join their central London office. The team is tight-knit, innovative, and dedicated to achieving excellence.

Role Overview: As a Procurement Manager, you will manage indirect spend categories across the business, including T&E, Office & Facilities, Technology, and Professional Services, with a total spend of approximately £30 million.

You will establish a professional procurement function, define processes and procedures for the entire P2P process, and integrate with their central ERP system (Microsoft Business Central). Additionally, you will establish vendor management processes, streamline, consolidate, and select vendors, and deliver cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage indirect spend categories across the business, including T&E, Office & Facilities, Technology, and Professional Services.

Establish a professional procurement function, defining processes and procedures for the entire P2P process.

Integrate with the central ERP system (Microsoft Business Central).

Establish vendor management processes, including streamlining, consolidation, and selection.

Deliver cost efficiencies in the process.

Soft Skills / Culture:

Hands-on, pragmatic, and agile approach.

Ability to balance bringing structure and process to procurement with pragmatism.
