Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sustainable sourcing strategies.

Requirements:
Strong background in sustainable and regenerative agriculture.
Expertise in climate-smart practices, Scope 3 carbon accounting, and sustainability standards.
Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working across EU regions and commodities.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
