A manufacturing industry leader is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Greater Reno Area. This company has excelled in production with their products being found extensively in E-commerce, Consumer and Foodservice spaces for well over 50 years.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving continuous improvement while ensuring lean activities are linked to business objectives
- Work with site leadership like the Plant Manager and other on-site Lean experts to foster a culture of operational excellence ensuring buy-in at all levels
- Track and report key performance indicators related to lean activities
- Lead and participate in Kaizens and other professional development activities
The Continuous Improvement Manager should possess the following qualifications:
- High level communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to coach employees
- Proven ability to work well in team settings
- Excellent change management and collaboration skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
