Junior Manager - Cargo wise scale up

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technology-driven CargoWise Implementation Manager to lead and scale up the CargoWise One system across our European operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, logistics systems implementation, and process optimization. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in CargoWise One to drive efficiency and standardization across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and expansion of the CargoWise One system across European offices.

  • Develop and execute a strategic roll out plan to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

  • Work closely with IT, operations, and key stakeholders to customise and optimise CargoWise work flows.

  • Provide training and support to teams to enhance system utilisation and process efficiency.

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with industry regulations.

  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, working with CargoWise support and internal teams for resolution.

  • Monitor and analyse system performance, recommending improvements where needed.

  • Drive standardisation of processes across different branches for seamless collaboration.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align technology adoption with business goals.

  • Stay up to date with CargoWise updates and industry best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing CargoWise One within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, including air, sea, and road logistics.

  • Experience in system integration, work flow automation, and process optimisation.

  • Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide teams.

  • Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
