About the Role
As Plant Director, you will take full responsibility for the plant's performance, overseeing P&L, cash flow management, and financial forecasting while driving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring efficient production, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy - Lead from the front, aligning with other Plant Managers and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Financial Acumen - Manage plant profitability, financial data, and forecasting to avoid risks and maximise efficiency.
- Industry Expertise - Bring in-depth knowledge of automotive component manufacturing.
- Automotive Experience - Work with leading automotive customers.
- Operational Excellence - Passion for change management to lead CI and Lean initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of plant leadership experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Proven ability to deliver results within the first year and drive long-term business growth.
- Strong financial expertise, including P&L, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
- A hands-on leader who listens to the team, fosters collaboration, and ensures seamless plant operations.
