Project Engineer (M/F/D)

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of machinery and systems for pellet production, serving industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, recycling, and renewable energy. With over 140 years of expertise, they specialise in engineering high-quality process equipment and turnkey solutions.

As they expand their fluidized bed technology division, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) in plant engineering to oversee the planning and execution of complex fluidized bed systems at their site near Bremen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate national and international customer projects from contract to plant handover.

  • Develop and design process engineering systems, particularly fluidized bed systems for production and R&D.

  • Ensure project quality, cost, and time line adherence.

  • Act as the primary customer contact and represent the company externally.

  • Prepare technical documentation, supplier inquiries, component lists, process flow diagrams, and layout plans.

  • Process orders in the SAP system.

  • Support sales teams on complex projects.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, food technology, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in designing technical systems and process engineering.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical system qualification is a plus.

  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and adaptability.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
