Plant Manager

Position Summary:

The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of a corrugated packaging plant, including operations, production, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in manufacturing management to ensure the plant operates efficiently and meets production targets.

The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day plant operations to achieve production goals.
  • Lead and develop plant staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Work alongside the GM and other relevant stakeholders to manage the plant's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Plant Management experience or in a similar leadership role within the corrugated packaging industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
