Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive clinical supply plans for multiple studies globally.
• Forecast and manage inventory levels effectively to avoid shortages or overages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply strategies with trial requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for the production, labeling, packaging, and distribution of trial materials.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines across all shipment logistics.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of supply chain activities.
• Optimize supply chain processes through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• In-depth understanding of global clinical trial operations and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in clinical packaging, labeling, distribution, IRT systems for supply management, inventory forecasting tools, and project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
