As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining electrical systems for our manufacturing processes. You'll work with a talented team, contributing to the development of next-generation technologies that power the heart of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues in the manufacturing process.
- Drive continuous improvement in electrical controls and process monitoring.
- Oversee the installation and start-up of new equipment.
- Implement automation to enhance product quality.
- Modify machines to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
- Lead projects to meet business objectives, with occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.
- Administer annual arc flash training and track compliance.
- Ensure processes comply with sanitary standards and meet business requirements.
- Provide electrical design expertise for components, equipment, and processes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, cost, and asset management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and improving manufacturing equipment.
- Develop machine centerlines, maintenance procedures, and training materials.
- Manage electrical fabrication, operation, installation, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- In-depth working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC 500 and 5000
- FANUC robotics experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)- preferred
- 3-5 years' experience programming in a manufacturing environment- preferred
- Strong internship experience considered for junior candidates
- Batch or liquids blending experience preferred
