Role Overview:

  • Partner with the Country Manager to implement and review site strategic plans.
  • Provide insights on organizational functions and team effectiveness.
  • Manage recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and benefits in coordination with regional centers of expertise.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in multinational companies.
  • Experience with global HR teams and international stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Korean labor law and employee relations programs.
  • Strong program management and employee engagement skills.
  • Executive-level client management and leadership coaching.
  • Effective communication and conflict management.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and government agencies.
  • Strong networking and strategic training development skills.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organizational diagnosis to improve team performance.
  • Partner with leaders and HR SMEs to deliver HR programs.
  • Perform workforce analysis to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to align HR services with business needs and local legislation.
  • Lead site management and advise on local regulations.
