Your Impact:
🔹 End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Oversee day-to-day operations across 150+ Points of Sale, ensuring seamless distribution and supplier performance.
🔹 Strategic Sourcing & Procurement - Identify, onboard, and optimize supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies and quality improvements.
🔹 Product Launch & Innovation - Work closely with marketing and suppliers to introduce new products and time-limited promotions into the supply chain.
🔹 Stakeholder & Supplier Management - Be the key point of contact for suppliers, distributors, and 3PL partners, ensuring alignment and operational success.
🔹 Performance & Process Improvement - Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational enhancements while implementing innovative supply chain strategies.
Who You Are:
✅ Fluent in German & English - You'll be managing supplier negotiations and critical communications.
✅ Experienced in Food Supply Chains - A background in cold-chain logistics or a similar retail model is advantageous.
✅ A Strong Negotiator & Problem Solver - You know how to optimize procurement, manage risks, and drive efficiency.
✅ Independent & Proactive - This is a sole-contributor role for now, with room to expand as the business grows.
✅ Commercially Minded - You have experience managing multi-million-euro supply chain budgets and supplier contracts.
