Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
