Are you ready to drive continuous improvement and lead the charge in reliability at a state-of-the-art paper mill in West Point, Virginia? We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing the operational effectiveness of our fully integrated facility specializing in white top liner board and medium paper. This is your opportunity to report directly to the Maintenance Manager and shape the future of the plant's performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage systems, processes, and personnel plans for the reliability group.
- Formulate and execute a multi-year improvement plan aligned with our reliability vision.
- Lead the plant in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), predictive maintenance, lubrication, precision maintenance, and more.
- Evaluate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for plant enhancements.
- Implement and maintain rigorous preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Required Skills:
- Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Preferred candidates with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Leadership in Manufacturing: At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing roles with a track record of achieving performance objectives.
- Precision Maintenance Practices: Expertise in vibration analysis, lubrication best practices, and other precision maintenance techniques is highly valued.
- Predictive Maintenance Tools: Experience with advanced tools like infrared analysis, vibration monitoring, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing is preferable.
