Regional OPEX Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Regional OPEX Manager for one of our clients whose office is based in Italy.
The position can be based in either Italy or Luxembourg.

In this position you will be responsible for the implementation of lean methods across 8 sites in Europe. The position reports into the Director Operations Europe.

Representative Activities:

  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Lean methods and trains employees.
  • Travels to EU factories to constantly monitor projects, evaluate risks/opportunities, and develop solutions.
  • Organizes and follows up on projects with local teams, ensuring objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, timing, and costs.
  • Ensures performance plan cycle and deliverance. Organizes and shares best practices among factories.
  • Develops a comprehensive TPM program with EU and local engineering teams.
  • Manages standardized work programs, including factory meetings, Lean audits, and benchmarking.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master's degree in an Engineering field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma improvement tools
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Fluency in English: writing, reading, and speaking
