Supply Chain Manager (FMCG)
On behalf of a large international group, we are seeking a for a Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Support: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a Supply Chain.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management in industries including FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
