About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic, and motivated professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships. This position involves identifying business opportunities, developing leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining key accounts within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify new market opportunities and expand business within key segments.
Implement sales processes that include pipeline development, market analysis, and strategic account management.
Meet revenue targets by engaging with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Organize and lead educational events to showcase our innovative product offerings.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and sales inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for key accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is incorporated into business strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, coatings, chemical manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
Ability to operate equipment relevant to the industry.
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
