Role:
As an Senior Automation Engineer/ Automation Integration Manager, you will be responsible for integrating automation-related technologies across the group's production factories. You will oversee the research, planning, and implementation of comprehensive automation systems for the entire group. Your duties will include project planning and execution for automation in areas such as production, packaging, raw material distribution, warehouse logistics, and more. You will also be involved in developing project plans and execution strategies for Smart Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives. This role involves feasibility studies and concept validation, planning and implementation of IIOT/AIOT systems, evaluation of automation/smart system implementation projects across factory sites, and organizing information on automation/smart projects. You will be expected to stay abreast of cutting-edge automation technologies and select suitable ones for the overall automation technology planning of the group.

Responsibility:
Integrate automation-related technologies from the group's production factories, ensuring consistency and interoperability of the technologies.
Lead the research, planning, and implementation of comprehensive automation systems for the group, including production, packaging, raw material distribution, warehouse logistics, and other areas.
Develop project plans and execution strategies for automation projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget and timeline.
Contribute to the planning and execution strategies for Smart Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives, providing technical support for relevant projects.
Conduct feasibility and concept validation to assess the viability and benefits of automation projects.
Plan and implement IIOT/AIOT systems to enhance production efficiency and data analytics capabilities.
Evaluate automation/smart system implementation projects across factory sites, determining project priorities and feasibility.
Organize information on automation/smart projects across various production lines, creating relevant documentation and reports.
Stay updated on the latest developments in automation technology, evaluate their applicability, and incorporate suitable technologies into the group's overall automation technology planning.

Qualification:
5-10 years of experience in the development of automation systems.
Strong cross-department communication skills and experience in driving cross-department projects.
Background in one of the following areas:
Intelligent plastic injection factory experience.
Intelligent mold factory experience.
Prior experience in industrial critical components or automotive spare parts.
Candidates with experience in international assignments across various Asian countries and English communication skills are preferred.
