A leading e-commerce and cosmetics company is seeking a DC Operations Manager to lead cross-functional teams of non-exempt associates. The ideal candidate will enhance processes, achieve financial and operational excellence, and deliver superior results for retail, operational, service-related, and E-Commerce functions. You will be primarily responsible for managing and implementing operational improvements while optimizing all aspects of people, processes, and performance to achieve service excellence. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels.

- Plan and manage staffing needs for non-exempt roles.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in MS Office and WMS applications.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Essential Functions:
- Work rotational, 24/7 on-call to support operations.
- Flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel, including overnight stays.
- Stand or sit for long periods.
- Exposure to distribution center conditions, including noise, variable temperatures, dust, and strong scents.
- Visit stores to understand the store experience and collaborate with field partners.
