Title: Project Manager
Summary: A global leader in manufacturing specialty chemicals and lubricants is looking to bring on a Project Manager to their team! With a revenue of $3.5B, they manufacture chemicals for multiple spaces including automotive, aerospace, food/ beverage, pharma, and energy. Therefore, the Project Manager must have extensive experience with chemicals and toll blending.
The Project Manager's Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic partnerships in co-packaging, contract manufacturing, and toll blending
- Manage current and new suppliers to support the sales segment
- Responsible for supplier selection, contract reviews, negotiations, and product releases for the product life cycle
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for toll and co-pack projects
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams within the procurement & planning space
The Project Manager's Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience with co-manufacturers
- Industry background in the chemicals space
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytic tools
