Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop standards for Air to Water Heat Pump (EHS) systems within ETO in Germany.
- Oversee global development and post-inspection tasks for mass production models.
- Coordinate the development and performance of outsourced EHS products (Convector, HPWH, etc.).
- Ensure the advancement of local (Europe) production models.
- Analyze market status, competitor benchmarks, and product trends.
- Develop solutions based on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
- Research patents, technical trends, and eco-friendly refrigerant applications.
- Execute certification tasks and post-inspection follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in refrigeration engineering, air conditioning, heat/fluid-related, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in Air to Water Heat Pump system development and certification.
- Proficiency in system design, including low GWP refrigerants and water pipe systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical design tools (e.g., NX CAD) and system part selection.
- Expertise in structural design and electrical circuitry for EHS systems.
- Ability to conduct electrical evaluations and tests related to safety and performance.
