A leading Food service provider is seeking a Sr Director of Procurement in Tampa, FL to oversee and manage the procurement process. This position involves strategic planning, vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely and efficient supply of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership for the procurement function.
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality across the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to align procurement goals with overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the development and execution of efficient procurement processes.
- Improve the supply chain by lowering costs while maintaining high standards for product quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Research market costs, trends, and industry best practices.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding procurement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of continuous procurement experience in the FoodBev industry
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience
