- Keep production batch records, SOPs, and training manuals up-to-date for continuous improvement.

- Spearhead cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or yield.
- Ensure optimal performance of fermentation equipment, maximizing output and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on training to inspire production teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
