Title: Development Engineer (M/F/D) - Lifesciences Industry

DSJ Global is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced development engineer to join our prestigious client in the Hilden area. Our client specializes in manufacturing plastic assemblies for the lifesciences industry, and as such, we are looking for an individual with extensive experience working within this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independent development of plastic assemblies with external partners
2. Complete documentation of the development process of all plastic assemblies
3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout project life-cycle
4. Further development of technology for laboratory disposables for future products
5. Ensure adherence to relevant safety standards during product design phase
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 5 years' work experience designing/planning/manufacturing high-quality Plastic Assemblies within the Lifesciences industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal; fluency German language will be preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledgeable about current trends/research on plastics material selection/processes/tooling techniques/mold flow analysis/cost optimization approaches/etc.
Salary Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package starting at ยฃ70k per annum based on their qualifications/experience level.
