Job Title: Demand Planning Manager
Location: Lexington, KY
Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000
Summary:
Join a leading manufacturer as a Demand Planning Manager. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure accurate forecasts, and drive continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily demand planning operations.
- Allocate workload among demand planners for optimal accuracy.
- Maintain and update functional SOPs.
- Develop item-level forecasts for an 18-month rolling period.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Improve forecast accuracy year-over-year.
- Lead Monthly S&OP meetings and other reviews.
- Work with supply planning to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in demand planning software.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
