I am recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG company that is searching for a Procurement Director to drive innovation and lead procurement for technology products used in manufacturing, as well as private label sourcing. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technology innovation and manufacturing for a leader in the FMCG industry.
The Opportunity
My client is looking for an experienced Procurement Director with a deep understanding of technology sourcing through in-house manufacturing and private label manufacturing. You will play a critical role in sourcing cutting-edge personal care tech, augmented personal care devices, consumer electronics that meet medical devices standards, and other technology products like hair dryers, shower heads, and skin and hair scanning devices.
This role will involve:
Leading procurement for advanced technology products used in FMCG manufacturing.
Sourcing private label products, ensuring the best suppliers are selected.
Driving technology innovation and procurement that will set the company apart in the FMCG industry.
What You'll Bring
Proven leadership experience in procurement, ideally within FMCG or technology-driven manufacturing.
Expertise in sourcing technology products, including those used in personal care tech, augmented personal care, and consumer electronics.
Strong background in private label sourcing and contract negotiation.
Experience in supplier management, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing.
Passion for technology innovation and being at the forefront of new product development.
The ability to collaborate across R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in Paris, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
