An industry-leader in the leading Automotive Parts Manufacturing space is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an EHS Manager at one of their key facilities. This Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager will contribute to on-site projects that will have a direct impact on the organization's growth. The candidate will play a critical role in leveraging their strong safety background to participate in projects at portfolio companies across various industries.

The ideal Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager candidate will have the following skill set:

  • 3-5 years of progressive Environmental Health & Safety Management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and similar government/regulatory best practices and standards.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or similar certifications are a plus!
  • Root-cause analysis experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management within a manufacturing environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and local safety/environmental standards.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively train and influence employees at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in safety and environmental initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform risk assessments and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools.
