Located in the vibrant city of Lubbock, TX, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to oversee our controls engineering initiatives within the dynamic food and beverage sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage controls engineering projects.
- Supervise and mentor at least one direct report.
- Ensure compliance with FDA standards in all engineering practices.
Required Skills:
- Controls Engineering Background: Solid understanding of controls systems in an industrial setting.
- Experience in Dairy, Food & Beverage: Prior exposure to engineering environments aligned with dairy or general food production processes is highly desirable.
- FDA Environment Familiarity: Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements affecting the food and beverage industry is beneficial.
- PLC Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Rockwell and Allen Bradley PLCs is crucial for effective management and troubleshooting of automated systems.
