Responsibilities:
- Manage the Buyers and Buying Support Associates in the Buying team
- Lead, delegate, or support projects from a buying perspective
- Support the operational buying process
- Act as a backup for the Manager Planning & Buying
- Be responsible for KPIs like supplier OTIF, supplier past due, Inventory
- Act as a subject matter expert in ERP (SAP) for the buying modules
- Use DBS to continuously improve the buying processes
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant education
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain/procurement position
- At least 3 years of experience in people coaching
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP (SAP) knowledge
- NEVI certification or other procurement/supply chain certificates
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience in using reporting tools such as Qliksense or BI
