BD Manager
On behalf of a major US food producer, we are recruiting for a
BD Manager
This person will be responsible for:
➢ Developing flag customers in Hotpot, BBQ, and beverages.
➢ Developing distributor network and expanding business scales through distributors.
➢ Working with marketing, technical support, and RND team to develop menu, solution, and other activities for new channels to promote sales and brand influence.
➢ Ensure appropriate control of business operation, and implement firm's sales policy and keep sustainable growth.
More specifically:
➢ Gain flag customers in Hotpot, BBQ, and beverages.
➢ Develop distributor network and expand business scales through distributors.
➢ Work with marketing, technical support, and RND team to develop menu, solution, and other activities for new channels to promote sales and brand influence.
➢ Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives.
➢ Manage sales budget and make sales forecast.
➢ Drive and motivate sales channels to optimize business generation.
➢ Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying, demonstration until closing deal.
➢ Understand and analyze client needs, and offer services accordingly.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
➢ Bachelor degree and above with major in sales, marketing or food science related.
➢ 8-12 years of food related sales experience, with at least 3 years in regional sales management position, frozen foods sales experience is a plus.
➢ Superior knowledge of market, customers, pricing and channels.
➢ Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels.
➢ Intermediate or above spoken and written English is preferable.
